When a customer buys a new personal lift or truck lift from mateco, the factory warranty remains valid as long as the maintenance and repairs during the warranty period are carried out by the mateco service team.

Even with used machinery, it is worth investing in operational safety - especially if the machine is used by people working at height! Only one condition must be met: the out-of-warranty machine must be of the same type as any other machine in the mateco fleet.

But it doesn't have to stay that way! mateco has nationwide coverage for ad hoc repairs of lifting equipment, even on machines not purchased or rented from us.
