What is needed to repair broken machines?
We have all three—which is why the mateco service works in practice, not just on paper. We operate with our own inventory of spare parts and a team of skilled technicians.
It doesn’t matter if the machine is new or well-used, if you bought it from us or got it elsewhere—if it’s broken, we’ll fix it.
We support continuous operation with the following service offerings.
If the machine can be repaired on site…
Thanks to our well-equipped service vehicles, we can carry out the necessary servicing both at the customer’s site and on site.
We carry out the servicing of aerial work platforms and machines throughout Hungary.
If the machine cannot be repaired on site…
We will transport the broken machine to the nearest service centre with the necessary repair infrastructure, where our qualified team will start the repair.
If the machine cannot be repaired, we can provide a replacement machine within 72 hours of the fault being reported.
If you’re looking for a long-term, predictable service solution…
We start with a comprehensive condition report, after which our experts prepare a proposal for solutions, and the customer can decide which services to select. The agreement always applies to a specific machine, not the entire fleet.
We also provide maintenance for lifting equipment of the same model that is out of warranty—whether it’s scissor lifts, boom lifts, aerial work platforms, telehandlers, or forklifts.
Quick response, with nationwide service…
On-demand equipment repair begins with an initial contact, followed by an on-site assessment, after which we provide a repair quote—with the option of an immediate on-site solution.
In many cases, the necessary parts are already available in our service vehicles, so the repair can be performed on-site.
Our service provides professional support with a fee-based on-site visit, rapid response, and nationwide coverage.
Our service includes the servicing of equipment from Genie, JLG, Manitou, Still, Holland Lift, PB Lift, Bravi, Toyota, Doosan and other manufacturers, as well as the sale of spare parts. Thanks to our multinational company’s technical background, we also have access to other manufacturers’ parts and technical specifications!
