The most beautiful festive moments in towns are created with lifting machines

  • Lighting for main square ice rinks, installation of light gates

  • The network of lights in the tents and streets of Advent markets

  • Facade decorations on church towers and public buildings

  • Safe and quick decoration of city Christmas trees

  • Light installations, 3D festive elements, nativity scenes, placement of fairy lights

However, lights not only make spaces more beautiful—they also bring us together.

Decorating towns and villages with festive lights is not just a technical task. It is a community affair. It is a ritual in which residents come together to await the most intimate time of the year.

Even those who usually spend long winter evenings at home venture out onto the decorated streets at this time of year. Those who live alone, celebrate alone, or simply prefer a quieter pace are more likely to venture out to a place where warm, golden lights await them: smiles are exchanged, conversations last a few minutes, unexpected encounters take place, which later grow into friendships or unforgettable festive moments.

These spaces will thus become truly alive: not only beautiful, but also community-building.

The use of appropriate lifting equipment not only guarantees the safety of the contractors, but also ensures that the decorations are put up on time, without damage or unnecessary risks.
This way, the preparations themselves can be as calm and safe as we want the festive season to be.

The mateco team provides:

We also cherish the tradition of giving the gift of light.
We don't just talk about the community-building power of light—we do something about it every year. Every Advent, we set up a special, glowing Christmas tree made of seven scissor lifts at our site in Szigetszentmiklós. The installation towering above the M0 motorway is only visible for a few seconds as cars pass by, but we know from feedback that it brings joy to many people, and more and more people look forward to seeing the lights come on again each year. For us, it symbolizes what we represent throughout the year: safety, elevation, and that little extra sparkle that makes our days more beautiful—even if only for a fleeting moment.
